The present invention relates to a medical ligation apparatus using a concentric tubular continuum structure, and more specifically, to a medical ligation apparatus which can perform ligation by firmly tightening perfusion of the body such as blood vessels, gallbladder tubes, and fallopian tubes using sutures during laparoscopic or natural open surgeries using a concentric tubular continuum structure. According to the present invention, large-diameter perfusion in the body can be ligated with a suture without removing the same from the body.본 발명은 의료용 결찰 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 복강경 수술이나 자연개구수술시, 혈관, 담낭관, 나팔관과 같은 체내의 관류를 두 개의 동축 튜브 연속체 구조를 이용하여 봉합사로 단단하게 조여 결찰할 수 있는 의료용 결찰 장치에 관한 것이다.
