PURPOSE: A vegetation type noise diffusion preventing soundproof wall block is provided to prevent a soundproof wall to satisfy city appearance side, an environmentally-friendly side, and a noise reduction side. CONSTITUTION: A vegetation type noise diffusion preventing soundproof wall block comprises a column (120), a soundproof plate (130), a protrusion pin (140), a planting block (150), a nonwoven fabric, orchid stone, and light weight artificial soil. The soundproof plate is installed between the columns and includes a shape of a cross section successively curved in an S-shape. The bottom surface of the planting block is formed as an inclined surface, and the top part of the planting block is opened as a tube so that the planning block is fixed to the soundproof plate. The upper part of the inclined surface is inserted into the protrusion pin, and a moisture discharge hole is formed in the lower part. The nonwoven fabric is arranged on the inner bottom surface of the planting block, and the orchid stone and the light weight artificial soil are loaded on the upper part.도시미관적 측면과, 환경친화적 측면과, 소음저감 측면을 모두 만족할 수 있는 식생형 블록을 이용한 방음벽이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 방음벽은 일정간격으로 연속해서 서로 이격된 기둥과, 기둥의 사이에 설치되며, 단면의 형상이 "ㄹ"자 형으로 연속해서 굴곡되는 방음판 플레이트와, 방음판 플레이트의 오목부 및 볼록부에 서로 어긋나게 형성되는 돌출핀과, 바닥면이 빗면으로 형성되어 그 상부가 개방된 튜브로서, 개방부가 위쪽을 향하도록 빗면의 상측이 각각의 돌출핀에 삽입되어 걸쳐지면서 방음판 플레이트에 고정되고, 빗면의 하부에는 수분배출구멍이 형성되는 식재블록과, 식재블록의 내부 바닥면에 배치되는 부직포와, 부직포위에 적재되는 난석과, 난석위에 적재되어 식재가 자랄 수 있는 환경을 제공하는 경량인공토양을 포함하여 구성된다.
