Described are prosthetic devices for restricting food into the stomach and of absorption of food in the stomach and small intestine. The system includes an elongated bariatric sleeve. An elongated lumen support member is positioned within a first lumen contacting a first membrane for maintaining the first lumen open. A proximal anchor ring with a central aperture and a catheter channel is connected to the proximal end of the sleeve. Anchoring is in superior relation to a pyloric valve. An anchor weight is connected to the distal end of the tube. The device further includes a tether or delivery catheter connected to a gastric port to aide in minimizing movement of the device and for delivery of compositions through the gastric opening and into a second lumen for absorption by the small intestine. The system can also include an intragastric displacement balloon.Dispositifs prothétiques destinés à restreindre la quantité de nourriture parvenant dans lestomac et labsorption de nourriture dans lestomac et lintestin grêle.
