The object of the present invention is to achievesimple recruitment of fibroblasts into wounded tissues andengraftment of the fibroblasts in the wounded tissues,thereby healing the wounds without requiring fibroblasttransplantation. Upon G-CSF administration, fibroblastsmigrate into myocardial infarct lesions and prevent areduction in cardiac function, thus alleviating cardiacremodeling.
