An anti-tumour T-cell is modified by using a lentivirus containing an IL-12/CD107a fusion gene, so that the release of the IL-12 on the surface of a tumour cell membrane is achieved.La présente invention concerne une protéine de fusion IL-12/CD107a, son procédé de préparation et utilisation. Selon linvention, une cellule T antitumorale est modifiée à laide dun lentivirus contenant un gène de fusion IL-12/CD107a, de façon à obtenir la libération de lIL-12 à la surface dune membrane de cellule tumorale.
