PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lower half body underwear which allows even a wearer having a handicap in legs and a lower back to easily put on and take off in evacuation.SOLUTION: Lower half body underwear 1 is composed of: a rear body section 40 a belt-like body 41 attached on an outer lower part of the rear body section in a shape with a longitudinal direction along a gluteal sulcus of a wearer a front body section 10 continuing to both edges of the rear body section and a crotch cloth 50 continuing to a lower edge of the rear body section. The front body section is composed of a right front body section and a left front body section so as to be opened to right/left from a center with right/left edges as an axis. The right front body section includes a right/left engaging member and a right crotch engaging member. The left front body section includes a right/left engaged member engageable with the right/left engaging member and a left crotch engaging member. The crotch cloth includes a right engaged member 51 and a left engaged member 52 engageable with the right crotch engaging member and the left crotch engaging member respectively.
