<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article excellent in fitting property, flexibility, and liquid leakage preventive property. <；P>；SOLUTION: The absorbent article 1 includes a substantially vertically-long absorbent body 5 including a front surface sheet 2, a rear surface sheet 3, and an absorber 4 interposed between the sheets； and a pair of leakage preventive walls 6 and 6 formed on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 5. The leakage preventive wall 6 is formed by raising a strip-shaped elastic sheet made of a seat material and an elastic member projecting to a skin contact side, and has a hollow inside.
