A method for increasing adhesion quantity of nitric oxide and hydrogen in solid comprises a preparation step and a filling step. The preparation step uses the edible gelatinous substance to form a plurality of granules in which particle diameter is dozens of ten micron to dozens of thousand micron, and mixes nitric oxide with hydrogen to allow nitric oxide and hydrogen to firstly form bonding so as to form a mixed gas. The filling step is that the granules are placed in a container and fills the mixed gas in the container for closing to enable the mixed gas entering the pores of the granules itself and to be absorbed on the surface of the granules. By forming granules, the surface area and the ratio of dangling bonds can be greatly increased so that the granules can easily adsorb the mixed gas.
