PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily composition, preferably a cosmetic composition and more preferably a cleansing composition, in which the viscosity of the composition is increased by one or a plurality of waxes while providing an excellent texture capable of providing easiness of distribution of a predetermined amount of the composition, easiness of application and uniformity.SOLUTION: There are provided a composition, preferably a cosmetic composition and more preferably a cleansing composition which comprise: (a) at least one oil (b) at least one wax (c) at least one, optionally hydrogenated, block copolymer of styrene and at least one olefin and (d) at least one nonionic surfactant. The composition can have good stability, creaminess, easiness of distribution of the predetermined amount, easiness of application and an ability to be washed off.
