PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed device and an X-ray CT device, which have a drive unit capable of accurately performing vertical positioning relative to the body axis of a subject and easily responding to an existing device.SOLUTION: A bed device includes: a top plate 41 on which a subject P is placed a bed 50 which supports the top plate 41 in such a manner as to be vertically and longitudinally movable and a bed support base 60 which is disposed on the lower side of the bed 50 and has a width drive unit 61 supporting the bed 50 in such a manner as to be movable in the width direction of the top plate 41.
