R = H, NH.sub.2.n.-, C.sub.1.n.-C.sub.11.n. alkyl, allyl, cyklohexyl-, benzyl-, fenyl-, fenyl- s elektronakceptorovými a/nebo elektrondonorovými skupinami R.sup.1.n., R.sup.2.n., R.sup.3.n. a R.sup.4.n. je H nebo NO.sub.2.n., přičemž když R.sup.1.n. a R.sup.3.n. je –NO.sub.2.n., potom R.sup.2.n. a R.sup.4.n. je -H, nebo když R.sup.1.n. a R.sup.3.n. je –H, potom R.sup.2.n. a R.sup.4.n. je -NO.sub.2.n. vyjma sloučenin 5-((3,5-dinitrobenzyl)sulfanyl)-1-fenyl-1H-tetrazolu a 5-((2,4-dinitrobenzyl)sulfanyl)-1-fenyl-1H-tetrazolu. Tyto sloučeniny lze vyrobit jednoduchými syntézami a vyznačují se nízkou toxicitou a vysokou účinností proti mykobakteriím včetně jejich multirezistentních kmenů. Vynález řeší i farmaceutický přípravek obsahující jako účinnou látku substituovaný tetrazol vzorce I, jakož i použití tohoto substituovaného tetrazolu jako antituberkulotika.In the present invention, there are disclosed antituberculosis-active substances based on substituted tetrazole of the general formula I, in which X = O, S, SO, SOi2 R = H, NHi2.-., Ci1-Ci11 alkyl containing 1 to 11 carbon atoms, allyl, cyclohexyl-, benzyl-, phenyl-, phenyl- with electron acceptor and/or electron donor groups Re1, Re2, Re3 and Re4 denote H or NOi2, wherein when Re1 and Re3 represent –NOi2, than Re2 and Re4 denote –H, or when Re1 and Re3 represent –H, than Re2 and Re4 denote –NOi2 with the exception of 5-((3,5-dinitrobenzyl)sulphanyl)-1-phenyl-1H-tetrazole and 5-((2,4-dinitrobenzyl)sulphanyl)-1-phenyl-1H-tetrazole compounds. These compounds can be prepared by simple syntheses and are characterized by low toxicity and high activity against mycobactera including their multiresistant strains. The invention also discloses a pharmaceutical composition containing as active substance of the general formula I, as well as the use of this substituted tetrazole as antituberculosis agent.
