PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic tool capable of excellently and surely diffusing, to an outside, an electric charge charged on a flow passage through which fluid can flow, and preventing the flow passage from coming off and also preventing fluid leakage.SOLUTION: An antistatic tool 5 is attached to the flow passage, trough which the fluid can flow, in such a manner that a predetermined portion of the antistatic tool is contactable with the fluid, and capable of diffusing the electric charge charged on the flow passage to the outside by coming in contact with grounding means E, which performs electrical grounding.
