The present invention provides a protective device for eyes, comprising: a lens (10) having a first hanging and matching unit (11) formed on one end thereof and having an attachment unit (12) formed on the other end thereof； a frame (20) having a second hanging and matching unit (26) corresponding to the first hanging and matching unit (11) formed on one end thereof and having a rotation unit (40) configured to be rotated through a shaft unit (43) formed on the other end thereof； and a locking member for restricting a rotation of the rotation unit (40) toward a front side to make the protective device be in a lock state by rotating the rotation unit (40) to a rear side by pressing a supporting piece (44) of the rotation unit (40) through the attachment unit (12) and moving an operation unit (41) installed to be slid on the rotation unit (40) from an unlock area formed on a contact wall unit (29) of the frame to a lock area.
