PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system which can highly precisely identify the position of a metal body included in an X-ray photography area, can identify the position of a metal body even when the metal body is out of an FOV, and performs calculation in a shorter time.SOLUTION: An image processing system according to the invention includes a sinogram generation part which generates a sinogram for an image based on an X-ray photography, an extraction part which extracts a sine-wave-like curve area from the sinogram, and an image generation part which generates an image in which the position of a metal body is identified by performing an inverse transformation of the sinogram transformation on the sinogram from which the sine-wave-like curve area has been extracted by the extraction part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
