PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating machine for peeling allowing blowing of compressed air on a wide range of epidermis even when the outside air temperature is low as a problem.SOLUTION: There is provided the treating machine 1 for peeling designed to blow the compressed air from each nozzle 30 on the epidermis of the vegetables, and remove attached substances from the vegetables. The nozzle 30 includes: a supporting part 31 in which a feeding passage of the compressed air is formed a cylindrical nozzle cover 32 having the rear end mounted on the supporting part 31 and a tube 33 inserted into the interior of the nozzle cover 32, and having the rear end connected to the feeding passage of the supporting part 31. The tube 33 is formed of an elastic member and the compressed air is jetted from the tube 33, and is composed to thereby move the tube 33 along the inner peripheral surface of the nozzle cover 32.
