Disclosed are a minimally invasive needle-based biosensor and a method of manufacturing the same. The minimally invasive needle-based biosensor according to an embodiment includes a substrate and a cantilever structure formed integrally with the 2D plane of the substrate, but having one end supported on the substrate and the other end not supported, and a sensing electrode for detecting or measuring a biosignal. This integrated needle and a partition that divides the boundary of the needle into a cantilever structure and open when the needle is inserted into the body.제조공정이 단순화된 최소 침습형 니들 기반 바이오센서 및 그 제조방법이 개시된다. 일 실시 예에 따른 최소 침습형 니들 기반 바이오센서는, 기판과, 기판의 2D 평면에 일체화되어 형성되되 기판에 일단이 지지 되고 타단은 받쳐지지 않는 캔틸레버 구조를 가지며 생체신호 검출 또는 측정을 위한 센싱 전극이 집적화된 니들과, 니들의 경계를 캔틸레버 구조로 구획하고 니들의 체내 삽입 시에 개방되는 구획부를 포함한다.
