One subject of the present invention is novel cationic microparticles having a diameter between 1 nm and 100 µm, the shell of which comprises: one or more polymer(s) chosen from polycaprolactone, polylactic acid, ethylcellulose, polymethyl methacrylate and an acrylate-ammonium methacrylate copolymer； and a stabilizer chosen from hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide, benzethonium chloride, polyvinyl alcohol and aminodextran； the stabilizer/polymer weight ratio being between 0.001 and 0.5. Another subject of the present invention is a process for preparing these microparticles, and also the use thereof for the preparation of cosmetotextiles.
