Provided is a pharmaceutical formulation in the form of bilayered tablets consisting of a first layer containing irbesartan or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and a second layer containing an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor and a basic additive, which can improve the dissolution rate and stability of irbesartan and an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor to enhance the bioavailability of the drug compared to conventional complex formulations and to minimize the generation of the related compounds, thereby being effectively used as a stable and superior therapeutic agent for hypertension and hypercholesterolemia.La présente invention concerne une formulation pharmaceutique sous la forme de comprimés bicouches constitués dune première couche contenant de lirbésartan ou des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ceux-ci et une deuxième couche contenant un inhibiteur de HMG-CoA réductase et un additif basique, qui peut améliorer le taux de dissolution et la stabilité dirbésartan et un inhibiteur de HMG-CoA réductase pour augmenter la biodisponibilité du médicament par rapport à des formulations complexes conventionnelles et réduire au minimum la génération des composés apparentés, de manière à être efficacement utilisé en tant quagent thérapeutique stable et supérieur pour lhypertension et lhypercholestérolémie.
