A device for implementing antibacterial photodynamic therapy, comprising an irradiating agent and means for supplying a photosensitizer, wherein: the irradiating agent is an optical fiber that emits light through its side walls at a desired frequency, the means for supplying the photosensitizer is configured to deliver the photosensitizer in close proximity to the area of the body to be treated, with the flushing device available in the device for removal and the excess of the photosensitizer dye contains a suction device capable of absorbing the main part of the washing liquid and the excess dye dissolved therein, and the means for supplying the photosensitizer, preferably in the form of a tube, forms a shell for the luminous part of the irradiating agent, the shell material being at least partially transmitting light emitted by the irradiating agent. 2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the means for supplying the photosensitizer, containing at least one tube, makes it possible to supply through it a photosensitizer from its source to various parts of the body subject to therapeutic treatment, while the specified tube has one or more exits for issuing a photosensitizer. 3. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the flushing agent is configured to facilitate the propagation of the photosensitizer in the area to be treated.
