PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture needle for a bone allowing smooth and rapid work for connecting an inner needle base to an outer needle base.SOLUTION: This bone cement-injecting puncture needle 10 includes a lock mechanism 48 detachably connecting the outer needle base 16 and the inner needle base 20. A recessed part 54 of the outer needle base 16 is formed with first and second projection bodies 50a, 50b projecting toward the inside of the recessed part 54. A peripheral part of the inner needle base 20 is formed with first and second engagement grooves 52a, 52b capable of respectively engaging with the first and second projection bodies 50a, 50b. The first and second engagement grooves 52a, 52b have: longitudinal grooves 62a, 62b extending along the axial direction and lateral grooves 64a, 64b bent from the other ends of the longitudinal grooves 62a, 62b, and extending in the circumferential direction.
