PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put further emphasis on a movement function although comfortableness of a care receiver has become mainstream since conventionally only the function of putting and carrying the care receiver on a wheelchair have been pursued.SOLUTION: A function of a normal wheelchair is separated into a chair on which a care receiver is seated and a mobile vehicle moving the care receiver to an objective place, and the chair includes a backrest 10 and armrests 11 as a care chair and is designed and produced such that the care receiver can be relaxedly seated. The chair is separated from the caring movable vehicle, and the care receiver comfortably spends, on the care chair, ones time in a place where other care receivers stay. The care chair is lifted from below as the care receiver is on the care chair and is moved to the objective place with the caring movable vehicle with a lift function only when moving, the backrest 10 or the armrests 11 of the care chair are separated as the need arises, and the care receiver is held in environment wherein the care receiver is easy to act, so that labor of a caregiver such that the caregiver holds the care receiver and makes the care receiver get on/off a wheelchair every time the caregiver moves the care receiver is reduced, and one caring movable vehicle/per care receiver is not needed to rationalize cost.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の車いすは、被介護者を乗せて運ぶのみの機能だけを追求して、被介護者の乗りごこちが主流になっているのを更に移動機能を重視した。【解決手段】通常の車いすの機能を被介護者が座る椅子と被介護者を目的場所へ移動する移動車に分離し、椅子は介護いすとして、背もたれ10、肘掛11も装備し、被介護者がリラックスして座れるようデザイン製作され、介護用移動車から分離して他の被介護者が滞在する場所に、同介護いすで快適に過ごす。移動のときだけ、リフト機能付の介護用移動車で被介護者が乗ったまますくって目的場所へ移動し、必要に応じて介護いすの背もたれ10や肘掛11を脱離させ、被介護者が行動しやすい環境に保持されるため、介護者が被介護者を移動させる度に被介護者を抱えて車椅子に乗せたり、降ろしたりの介護者の労力を軽減し、介護用移動車も一人に一台必要とすることなくコスト合理化になる。【選択図】図3
