PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing strengthen virility liquid for protecting skin is provided to promote collagen IV type and laminin synthesis and prevent skin aging. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for improving skin softness contains strengthen virility liquid isolated from antler, Cordyceps sinensis, and royal jelly. A method for producing the strengthen virility liquid comprises: a step of dipping Chrysanthemum morifolium flower in water and extracting for five days； a step of adding antler and Cordyceps sinensis to the extract and heating at 100°；C for 24 hours； a step of mixing with royal jelly in the ratio of 2:1 and filtering the mixture using 0.25&mu；M of filter paper； and a step of maturing for 10 days and maturing at low temperature.본 발명은 국화를 세절하여 물에 추출한 후 이 추출수를 추출 용매로 하여 녹용 및 동충하초의 혼합물을 추출해 녹용 및 동충하초 혼합 추출물을 제조한 뒤, 이 혼합 추출물에 로얄제리를 혼합한 유효성분(이하 보양액이라 칭함)을 함유하는 피부 보호용 화장료 조성물 및 이 화장료 조성물을 인간의 피부에 도포하여 노화 등으로 인해 발생하는 피부 트러블을 개선해주는 특징으로 하는 화장 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 보양액은 진피와 표피의 경계면에 있는 DEJ(Dermal-Epidermal Junction)에 존재하는 Collagen type IV 및 라미닌(Laminin)의 합성을 촉진시켜주는 등의 특징을 가지고 있어, 외부환경의 다양한 스트레스, 자외선 등으로 인해 발생하는 피부 노화현상을 예방하고 개선하여 피부를 보호해주는 효능을 가지고 있다.
