PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict a reduction of flow rate accuracy of transfusion at a transfusion pump.SOLUTION: Each of a liquid feeding part 20 constituting a pump mechanism 2 and an upstream side valve and a downstream side valve has main fingers 21 (31) and slave fingers 22 (32). When the main finger 21 moves forward, the slave finger 22 moves rearward in proportion to a variation (increment) of a total width of a transfusion tube T and when the main finger 21 moves rearward, the slave finger 22 moves forward in proportion to a variation (reduction) of a total width of the transfusion tube T. Under such constitution as above, it is possible to prevent a clearance from being generated between an extremity end surface 21a of the slave finger 21 and the outer circumferential surface of the transfusion tube T during setting of the transfusion tube T, a forward/backward moving process of the main finger 21, and the like. With this arrangement as above, it becomes possible to prevent the transfusion tube T from being displaced in a lateral direction (zig-zag motion) and it is possible to improve flow rate accuracy of transfusion.
