The casing has a liquid collecting cup interface, and the suction head is coupled to the casing. The air suction unit is disposed in the casing and communicates with the suction head through the liquid collecting cup interface. The liquid collecting cup interface may be coupled with the liquid collecting cup. The air pump is coupled to the air suction unit and provides the suction power. The first ultraviolet germicidal lamp is arranged at the interface of the liquid collecting cup such that the ultraviolet light generated thereby may illuminate the liquid collecting cup.
