PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an uneven sheet capable of efficiently producing an uneven sheet which has relatively high protrusion stripe parts and has excellent flexibility.SOLUTION: A method for producing an uneven sheet includes a stretching step of subjecting a first nonwoven fabric 2 to first and second stretching processing by using a stretching device. The stretching device includes: a center roll 410 which has a stretching processing part 411 having unevenness formed of large-diameter protrusion parts and small-diameter recess parts, and which has non-stretching processing parts 412 located on both sides of the stretching processing part and including nonwoven fabric holding means； and a plurality of push-in rolls 420 and 430 including large-diameter protrusion parts for pushing the nonwoven fabric into the small-diameter recess parts in the stretching processing part. In addition, the method for producing the uneven sheet includes a joining step of joining with heat a second nonwoven fabric 3 to the first nonwoven fabric 2 made into an uneven shape.
