The invention relates to agriculture, and more particularly to viticulture. A vine training system has been developed which, under conditions of optimal planting density and advantageous arrangement of the green shoots, grapes, arms and trunks, having a large reserve of perennial wood, makes it possible to obtain very high quality harvests. Creeping trunks are created which are proportional to the length of the arms. For denser planting, a twinned row is used, consisting of two separate rows that run parallel with a distance of up to 1 m therebetween. For the cultivation and protection of orchards and vineyards, a fixed system of overhead supply lines is formed for the purpose of creating a microclimate, said lines making it possible to carry out agricultural operations without using agricultural machinery. Optimal conditions for increasing yield are created using a system of crossed vertical cordons, and more particularly by: concentrating an optimal number of plants in a vineyard, providing for the advantageous arrangement of the plants on a trellis and of the root system in a cubic unit of soil, creating trunks which correspond to the size of the arm/cordon to provide a future reserve of perennial wood, and providing for timely care of the plants and the execution of agrotechnical operations.L'invention relève du domaine de l'agriculture et notamment de la vigne. L'invention concerne un système de culture de ceps de vigne qui, lors d'une densité optimale de plantation et une disposition rationnelle de la masse végétale, des rejets, des grappes, de manchons et de plants avec une réserve importante de masse de bois pour plusieurs années, permet d'obtenir une récolte de très bonne qualité.
