The invention relates to an arrangement comprising a wire (10) and a compressible medical implant (21) that is detachably connected to the wire (10), wherein said wire (10) has a first sleeve (16) having at least one tab (18) that extends outward radially, said sleeve being brought into engagement with the implant (21) for a transfer of force in the proximal direction RP and forming a first stop for the implant, wherein a second sleeve (14) is arranged proximally to the first sleeve (16) and forms a second stop for the transfer of force in the distal direction RD, wherein a free space (17) is provided for the accommodation of the implant (21) which is distally limited by the first sleeve (16) and proximally limited by the second sleeve (14). The arrangement is characterised in that the implant (21) has at least one eyelet (22) that has x-ray markers (23) and is arranged in the free space (17) in the compressed state of the implant (21).
