A video processor 3 includes: a CCD drive waveform generation unit 31 for generating driving signals DS on the basis of a reference clock CLK and outputting them to the CCD 11 a clock extraction unit 33 for extracting an extraction clock CLKex from output signals IS of the CCD 11 a phase comparison unit 34 for comparing phases of the reference clock CLK and the extraction clock CLKex and detecting a phase difference and a correction voltage generation unit 36 for generating a correction voltage Va for correcting the driving signals DS outputted from the CCD drive waveform generation unit 31 according to the type information of the CCD 11 and the phase difference p detected in the phase comparison unit 34.
