PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental aid that enables a bar chuck to be easily opened by using arm power on exchanging a bar (rotary cutting tool) of a dental handpiece, even if a push button for releasing the chuck of a head is not pushed by the power of a thumb.SOLUTION: A bar exchange aid (40) can be gripped with one hand and is substantially cylindrical, and has a longitudinal direction cavity (44) capable of inserting a head (10). This hollow bottom surface is defined by a supporting surface (50) for slidably bearing the lower part of a head part in the longitudinal direction when inserting the head in a cavity. A cam (60) having a profile to push a push button (22) of a handpiece is provided in the ceiling of the cavity. When the turbine head (10) is inserted in the aid, the push button is pushed by the cam (60) and the chuck is opened, and thereby the exchange of the bar becomes possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】歯科用ハンドピースのバー（回転切削工具）を交換するにあたり、ヘッドのチャック開放用押しボタンを親指の力で押し込まなくても、腕の力を用いてバー・チャックを楽々と開くことの可能な歯科用補助具を提供する。【解決手段】バー交換補助具（40）は片手で把持可能な略筒状であり、ヘッド（10）を差し込むことができる長手方向空洞（44）を有する。この空洞の底面はヘッドを空洞に差し込むときにヘッド部の下部を長手方向摺動可能に支承する支持面（50）によって画定されており、空洞の天井にはハンドピースの押しボタン（22）を押し込むようなプロフィルを有するカム（60）が設けてある。タービンヘッド（10）を補助具に差し込むと、カム（60）によって押しボタンが押し込まれてチャックが開かれ、バーの交換が可能になる。【選択図】 図３
