PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a hydrogel patch for wound healing is provided to enhance absorption of wound healing ingredients. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a patch for wound healing comprises: a step of applying a hot melt adhesive on one side of polyurethane of air-permeable structure and dyeing or laminating composite non-woven fabric with colors(S100)； a step of mixing 25-80 weight parts of wound healing ingredient based on 100 weight parts of phospholipid(S210)； a step of adding ice at 2-6°；C； a step of treating with ultrasonic wave every 1-3 seconds for 2-30 minutes to form a capsulated liposome； a step of mixing 3-8 weight parts of liposome based on 100 weight parts of hydrogel at 60-70°；C for 1-2 hours to prepare a wound healing ingredient of sol type(S220)； a step of applying the wound healing ingredient on the composite non-woven fabric and adhering a release film onto the composite non-woven fabric(S300)； a step of maturing at 50-80°；C for 20-48 hours and drying for 12-24 hours to form gel state of the wound healing ingredient(S400)； and a step of cutting in a patch form(S500).본 발명은 수용성 나노 고분자를 이용한 상처치료용 하이드로겔 패치의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 리포좀에 상처치료성분을 수용하여 피부를 통해 환부에 원활히 전달시키도록 한 수용성 나노 고분자를 이용한 상처치료용 하이드로겔 패치의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.이를 위해, 본 발명은 상처 발생에 따른 혈액지혈 및 상처치료를 위해 환부에 부착하여 사용하는 상처치료용 패치의 제조방법에 있어서, 공기의 통풍이 가능한 구조의 폴리우레탄의 일면에 핫멜트 접착제 도포 후 염색 또는 실크인쇄되어 색상을 띄는 양방향 복합부직포를 라미네이팅하여 부착하는 단계； 인지질 100중량부 대비 상처치료성분 25~80중량부를 믹싱한 후 얼음을 투입하여 2~6℃를 유지한 상태에서 2분~30분 동안 1~3초 간격으로 3~5초간 초음파 처리하여 상처치료성분이 나노 크기의 입자로 분할되면서 인지질에 둘러싸이도록 하여 캡슐화된 리포좀으로 형성하는 단계； 피부온도에 감응하는 수용성 나노 고분자 물질인 하이드로겔 100중량부 대비 캡슐화된 리포좀 3~8중량부를 60~70℃의 온도에서 1~2시간 믹싱하여 균일하게 혼합하여 졸 상태의 상처치료물질을 제조하는 단계； 상기 단계를 거친 후 졸 상태의 상처치료물질을 양방향 복합부직포에 도포하여 약물층을 형성한 후 이형용 필름을 상기 양방향 복합부직포에 부착시키는 단계； 상기 단계를 거친 후 50~80℃의 온도로 20~48시간 숙성시킨 다음 12~24시간 건조시켜 상처치료물질을 점성을 갖는 겔 상태로 형성하는 단계； 상기 단계를 거친 후 생산하고자 하는 패치의 형태로 재단하는 단계；로 이루어지고, 상기 하이드로겔은 Polyacrylic acid 40~60중량%와, Glycerin 10~40중량%와, 물 10~40중량%와
