A nasal valve retention stent assembly is positionable within a persons nasal cavity to enlarge the nasal cavity and promote easier breathing through the persons nose. The assembly includes a frame having a pair of ends and a plurality of rib elements extending between and being attached to each of the ends. The rib elements are arched between the ends to form a cage like structure having a hollow interior. The rib elements are spaced from each other such that air freely flows through the frame. The frame is positionable within an inner nasal valve of the nose.
