The invention relates to a support cushion (1) for insertion between the legs, provided with a fastening system (2). The cushion (1) consists of a deformable material and the fastening system (2) makes it possible to attach it to the leg of the user. The attachment system (2) itself consists of three distinct parts: a part (2A) which attaches to the cushion (1), a part (2B) which attaches to the leg and a part ) which is the fixing system to maintain the attachment to the leg. The cushion (1) is inserted between the legs of the user and is held in this position by means of the fastening system (2). It reduces the hip adduction movement and allows for proper alignment of the right and left body parts in the lateral supine position.L’invention concerne un coussin (1) de soutien destiné à être inséré entre les jambes, doté d’un système d’attache (2). Le coussin (1) est constitué d’une matière déformable et le système d’attache (2) permet de l’attacher à la jambe de l’utilisateur. Le système d’attache (2) est lui-même constitué de trois parties distinctes: une partie (2A) qui s’attache au coussin (1), une partie (2B) qui s’attache à la jambe et une partie (2C) qui est le système de fixation permettant de maintenir l’attache à la jambe. Le coussin (1) s’insère entre les jambes de l’utilisateur et est maintenu dans cette position grâce au système d’attache (2). Il diminue le mouvement d’adduction de hanche et permet un bon alignement des parties droites et gauches du corps lors de la position en décubitus latéral.
