An absorbent body (20) is attached on the outer covering sheet (4), to absorb excrement from the wearer. In the absorbent body (20), both end portions positioned in the front part and the back part (403) are folded toward the inner surface (40) of the outer covering sheet (4) to be bonded on the inner surface (40).
