A kind of method fall risk assessment and promote balance and stability, the statistics of the people of certain amount all ages and classes is collected using pressure measurement instrument. Furthermore, using some Mathematical Methods, such as multi-scale entropy (Multi-scale Entropy, MSE), the method of the balance and stability of these people is assessed by Empirical mode decomposition (Empirical Mode Decomposition, EMD).一種跌倒風險評估與促進平衡穩定之方法，其使用壓力量測儀器收集一定數量不同年齡的人之統計資料。此外，應用一些數學分析方法，如多尺度熵(Multi-scale Entropy,MSE)，藉由經驗模態分解法(Empirical Mode Decomposition,EMD)評估這些人的平衡與穩定之方法。
