PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-wave propulsion performance improvement device capable of decreasing a velocity of inflow of a fluid into a propeller surface when a hull descends and capable of increasing in-wave propulsion efficiency, and a craft with the in-wave propulsion performance improvement device.SOLUTION: An in-wave propulsion performance improvement device includes a propeller 2 that is attached to a stern of a hull 1, a movable addition 10 that is provided ahead of the propeller 2 to operate depending on movement of the hull 1, and movable addition control means for controlling an operation of the movable addition 10. A velocity of inflow of a fluid into a propeller surface is reduced by the operation of the movable addition 10.
