Disclosed are a use of butenylphthalide for preparing a medicine and a method for preparing a pharmaceutical composition. Based on the fact that butenylphthalide has an ability to promote hair growth and reduce the content of beta-amyloid proteins in nerve cells, the efficacy of improving the health and appearance of the individual can be achieved by administering an effective amount of butenylphthalide into organisms. In particular, butenylphthalide can achieves an effect of the prevention or treatment of neurodegenerative diseases,such as Alzheimer's disease, resulting from an excessive accumulation of beta-amyloid proteins in cells, and butenylphthalide is capable of effectively promoting the hair growth of at the administration site thereof as an active ingredient of an external composition. Also disclosed is a method for preparing a pharmaceutical composition, wherein the pharmaceutical composition is prepared by an organic synthesis reaction. A macromolecular substance, such as F127, coats the butenylphthalide by means of a covalent bond generated therebetween, so as to reduce the cytotoxic effect of the pharmaceutical composition on organisms.L'invention concerne une utilisation de buténylphtalide pour préparer un médicament, et un procédé de préparation d'une composition pharmaceutique.
