PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for medication guidance support, which reduce a burden of problem list checking work in medication guidance service.SOLUTION: A medication guidance support system obtains a check result of a prescription check for determining whether prescription data is appropriate in terms of one or more first check items or not before preparing drugs and, when generating a problem list that includes one or more second check items before or after administration of drugs that has been prepared based on the prescription data, outputs third check items, which are the second check items that can be determined to have been already checked based on the check result, in an output format different from that of fourth check items which are the second check items other than the third check items.
