The present invention relates to an integrated double cannula for ECMO. The cannula, which is inserted into a blood vessel through a skin during an ECMO therapy, comprises a cannula body constituted by integrally forming a blood introduction part and a blood supply part that are separated from each other by a partition wall in the interior of a single pipe, wherein the cannula body has: an end hole that is open at one end thereof an inlet and an outlet that are open side by side at the other end thereof and are connected to the blood introduction part and the blood supply part, respectively and one or more side holes and discharge holes that are formed in the side of the cannula body and are connected to the blood introduction part and the blood supply part, respectively. Since the multiple side holes are formed, a large amount of blood can be introduced into ECMO, and even though a large amount of blood is introduced, the cannula can handle the amount, thereby increasing the efficiency of a therapy. Further, since the multiple side holes are formed, even though a blood flow rate increases, a blood recirculation phenomenon is significantly reduced as opposed to the related art, thereby increasing efficiency. In addition, since the partition wall is formed of a film-shaped synthetic resin material, the shape of the partition wall can be changed freely, which makes it possible to further ensure the space of the blood introduction part or the blood supply part, thereby further increasing a blood flow rate.La présente invention concerne une double canule intégrée pour ECMO.
