A mapping and ablating catheter according an embodiment of the present invention includes a catheter pipe having a liquid discharging hole provided on a periphery surface of a distal and a guide member installed in a hollowed inner space； a handle operating part connected to the guide member at the distal of the catheter pipe to control a curved degree of the distal of the catheter； a monitoring electrode provided on a periphery surface of the distal of the catheter at one side of the liquid discharging hole； an ablation electrode provided on the periphery surface of the distal of the catheter at an opposite side of the liquid discharging hole； a current applying part connected to the handle operating part at an opposite side of the catheter pipe to apply current to the monitoring electrode and the ablation electrode； and a liquid supplying part including a liquid supply pipe, one end of which is connected to the liquid discharging hole in the catheter pipe and a liquid receiving member connected to an opposite end of the liquid supply pipe located at an opposite side of the catheter pipe. Preferably, the monitoring electrode, the liquid discharging hole and the ablation electrode are sequentially arranged from an end of the distal in a proximal direction.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 맵핑 및 절제 카테터는, 원위부의 외주면에 액체배출공이 마련되고, 중공된 내부공간에 가이드부재가 설치된 카테터도관； 카테터도관의 근위부에서 가이드부재에 연결되어, 카테터도관의 원위부의 굴곡정도를 조작하는 핸들조작부； 액체배출공의 일측에서, 카테터도관의 원위부의 외주면에 마련된 모니터링전극； 액체배출공의 타측에서, 카테터도관의 원위부의 외주면에 마련된 절제전극； 카테터도관의 반대편에서 핸들조작부에 연결되어, 모니터링전극과 절제전극으로 전류를 인가하는 전류인가부； 및 일단이 카테터도관의 내부에서 액체배출공에 연결된 액체제공관과, 카테터도관의 반대편에 위치된 액체제공관의 타단에 연결된 액체수용부재가 구비된 액체제공부를 포함하고, 모니터링전극, 액체배출공과 절제전극이 원위부의 말단에서부터 근위부 방향으로 순차적으로 배치된 것이 바람직하다.
