PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramide dispersion composition which has temporal stability allowing long-term storage compared to the prior art when stored under high-temperature conditions, and has an excellent skin care effect when applied to skin external preparations such as cosmetics.SOLUTION: A ceramide dispersion composition contains a ceramide represented by the general formula (I) in the figure and a nonionic surfactant. The average particle diameter of the dispersed particles is less than 60 nm.
