In one embodiment, the first coating comprises water-insoluble material, for example a fatty compound or a waxy material. In another embodiment, the second coating comprises a water-insoluble polymer or water-resistant film, wherein the water-insoluble polymer of the second coating is different than the water-insoluble material of the first coating.
