PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a positional relationship of an acquired image with a high degree of accuracy by accurately detecting the amount of displacement of a focus of an X-ray, in a tomographic imaging system.SOLUTION: Markers Ma and Mb are arranged in positions in which distances YMa and YMb from a focus 2 are different from each other, in a direction of a perpendicular drawn down to a detection surface 6 from the focus 2 of an X-ray, in a reference position.
