A breathable dressing for treating tissue comprising an applicator having an aperture； a single pad； a drape substantially covering the single pad and the applicator, the applicator and drape being sealed together substantially around the perimeter of their respective shapes； a fabric layer having a first portion and a second portion located between the single pad and the applicator； and wherein the first portion of the fabric layer is adapted to receive a reduced pressure to be provided to the aperture.
