The present invention discloses a novel adhesive pain relief patch capable of being attached, in a wrapping state, to wrist joints, ankle joints, or fingers (including toes) which are relatively narrow and curved when compared with other body parts, remarkably improving convenience in use by allowing the pain relief patch to be uniformly attached in an unfolded state even on a curved body structure of the wrist joints and the ankle joints by improving a shape of one end part of a pain relief patch main body, and remarkably improving adhesive power by attaching the pain relief patch to an end portion of the finger wrapped from an upper side to a lower side, or from the lower side to the upper side. The adhesive pain relief patch according to the present invention includes: a pain relief patch main body having a medicine layer which treats an affected area and relieves pain in a state of being applied to one side surface of a base formed of a fibrous material such as non-woven fabric, and contains adhesive components for adhering onto the affected area and a protection sheet separably attached to a surface of the medicine layer included in the pain relief patch main body for preventing the medicine layer from being contaminated when not in use. The pain relief patch main body is formed in the length and width corresponding to the length and circumference of the finger. A finger end portion covering part is extending from a center of one edge in the longitudinal direction of the pain relief patch main body to attach the pain relief patch to the end portion of the finger wrapped from the upper side to the lower side or from the lower side to the upper side. A stepped part having a width shorter than that of the pain relief patch main body is formed, considering a shape of the finger that gradually narrows to the end portion, on the pain relief patch main body at left and right sides of a base part of the finger end portion covering part.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명에서는 다른 신체부
