Manufacture of artificial tissues by tissue engineering using fibrin, agarose and collagen biomaterials. # The present invention relates to an in vitro method of preparing an artificial tissue comprising: (a) adding a composition comprising fibrinogen to a cell sample isolated； (b) add an antifibrinolytic agent； (c) add at least one coagulation factor, a source of calcium, thrombin, or any combination of the foregoing； (d) add a composition of a polysaccharide； (e) adding a composition comprising a collagen type protein； (f) culturing isolated cells in or on the product resulting from step (e), and (g) inducing the nanostructuring of the product resulting from step (f). Likewise, the present invention relates to the artificial tissue obtainable by said method, its use and the pharmaceutical composition comprising said tissue.Elaboración de tejidos artificiales mediante ingeniería tisular utilizando biomateriales de fibrina, agarosa y colágeno.#La presente invención se refiere a un método in vitro de preparación de un tejido artificial que comprende: (a) añadir una composición que comprende fibrinógeno a una muestra de células aisladas； (b) añadir un agente antifibrinolítico； (c) añadir al menos un factor de coagulación, una fuente de calcio, trombina, o cualquier combinación de los anteriores； (d) añadir una composición de un polisacárido； (e) añadir una composición que comprende una proteína tipo colágeno； (f) cultivar células aisladas en o sobre el producto resultante del paso (e), y (g) inducir la nanoestructuración del producto resultante del paso (f). Así mismo, la presente invención se refiere al tejido artificial obtenible por dicho método, a su uso y a la composición farmacéutica que comprende dicho tejido.
