A walking-type tilling machine, comprising: a machine-body (10)； a tilling device (40) attached to the machine-body (10)； a fuel tank (50) attached to the machine-body (10)； and a handle structure-body (100) which rearwardly extends, the handle structure-body (100) being attached to the machine-body (10), characterized in that the walking-type tilling machine comprises an oil-supplying tank placement plate (200) which has a placement face (201) on which a portable oil-supplying tank (60) for performing oil-supplying of the fuel tank (50) is placed, wherein the oil-supplying tank placement plate (200) is attached to a front side of the handle structure-body (100).
