With respect to a virtual straight line defined on a surface of the substrate, a light emitting portion of the first light emitting element and a light emitting portion of the second light emitting element are line-symmetric, a light receiving portion of the light receiving element is line-symmetric, and a shape of the substrate in plan view is line-symmetric.
