There is provided a composition for inducing an immune response to a Chlamydia species in a subject, the composition comprising one or more than one polypeptides selected from the group consisting of ribosomal peptide L/RplF, ribosomal protein L6 (RpIF), PmpG protein, PmpG-1 peptide, PmpF protein, PmpE/F-2 family F2, glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase and major outer membrane protein (MOMP), and the use of said composition to treat Chlamydia infections.Linvention porte sur une composition destinée à induire une réponse immunitaire contre une espèce de Chlamydia chez un sujet, la composition comportant un ou plusieurs polypeptides choisis dans le groupe constitué par le peptide ribosomal L/RplF, la protéine ribosomale L6 (RpIF), la protéine PmpG, le peptide PmpG-1, la protéine PmpF, la famille PmpE/F-2 F2, la glycéraldéhyde 3-phosphate déshydrogénase et une protéine majeure de membrane externe (MOMP).
