PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hairdressing agent composition with an excellent long-lasting hairdressing performance which spreads satisfactorily at the time of application, have a good feel without friction or stickiness after hairdressing, and also enables the hair ends to be well arranged.SOLUTION: An emulsifying agent composition for hairdressing of according to the present invention comprises (A): polyoxyethylene/polyoxypropylene copolymer with a number average molecular weight of 10000-20000, or the polyoxyethylene/polyoxypropylene copolymer and polyoxypropylene sorbit with a number average molecular weight of 300-1000, (B): dipentaerythrityl hexahydroxystearate and/or diisostearyl malate, (C): an oil solution which is liquid at 25°C, and has a water-holding capacity of less than 100 mass% in the following 50°C, and (D): water wherein the content of (A) is 0.5-10.0 mass%, the content of (B) is 0.5-5.0 mass%, and the content of (C) is 3.0-25.0 mass%.
