The present invention relates to a tracheoscope bracing wire control mechanism, which mainly provides a simple control mechanism. A displacement results from driving two bracing wires by moving a control piece located above a handle, which in turn drives a swing and bending piece at the distal end of a catheter of the tracheoscope. The structure comprises a rotating wheel pivoted inside the handle. The upper part of the rotating wheel is provided with a receiving groove. A spring detent block is provided in the groove such that a connecting rod of the control piece located above the handle passes through a long slot located relatively to the handle to engage with and drive the detent block. The proximal ends of the two bracing wires are extendedly coupled to the rotating wheel of the control mechanism. As a result, the control piece can be easily pressed to drive the bracing wires with an easy operation of moving forward and backward, thereby achieving the purpose of bending the distal end of the catheter in different directions. In addition, by simply releasing the pressed finger, the distal end of the catheter can be positioned at the angular position. By providing a positioning structure that can be operated with single hand, which is different from the traditional two-hand control approach. The efficiency and convenience of the operation are improved, and practical progress is achieved.本發明為一種氣管鏡拉線控制機構,主要提供一種簡易的控制機構,藉由移動把手上方之控制片以帶動二拉線產生位移,而連動氣管鏡之導管遠端擺動彎曲者,其構造主要包含有一轉輪,樞設在把手的內部,轉輪的上部設有一容置槽,槽內設有一彈簧的一掣動塊,使位在把手上方的控制片之連桿穿過把手相對位置的長槽孔,而與掣動塊相卡合連動,二拉線的近端係延伸結合於控制機構的轉輪上,因此可簡易的利用按壓控制片後,以前後移動的方式簡易操作來連動拉線,進而達到使導管遠端向不同方向彎曲之目的,而只要鬆開按壓的手指,即可將導管遠端定位在該角度位置,藉由該單手即可操作之定位結構,有別於傳統雙手控制方式,提昇操作之效率及便利性,獲致實用進步性者。
